Token 1884

This token is being given to Teresa House-Hatfield, LCSW, Director of the comprehensive Homeless Program and Domiciliary Program at VA North Texas.  For the past two years, Teresa has managed both the homeless programs and the Domiciliary without the assistance of a Domiciliary chief.  In addition, shortly after she  accepted the Directorship of the Homeless Programs, all of the managers at the Dallas facility accepted other positions and left the program.  In spite of all of this, Teresa kept all of the programs operational and progressive.  Over the last two years, most of these programs have been surveyed by CARP and Mathmetica with excellent results.
