I received a Pass It On coin after arranging a hair cut for a vented patient in our ICU who was struggling with long hair extensions that were causing her pain as she lay in bed.  I am happy to receive the coin, but the act of being able to help this patient was really all I needed.  I work in an administrative role and seldom have direct interaction with patients.  This was a treat for me to see the gratitude in the patient's eyes after her hair cut.
