Token 1559

I recieved this token from my new nurse manager, and felt very happy that my hard work was appreciated and noticed. I am passing this onto Mary Ann RN for her kindess and caring one day when she helped a patient of mine bathe and sit up, then she assisted me with making his bed and placing a frame on it. I was busy and my aide had not been able to assist him. This was not a part of Mary Ann's responsibilities this day and it was obvious that she did this because she cared about his well being. Thank You.

Token 1730 I received the coin because for 8 weeks I did my job alone (which is normally shared by 2 people) while my co-worker was out on medical leave. Through all the ups and downs I somehow managed to maintain the workload. I was surprised to get the coin because most of the things I do, I do because it's my job, and I just happen to love my job! Token 1582 I received this token quite some time ago from Darrell Messersmith who was my boss at the time. It really meant a lot to me that he felt I deserved this token. I love working with my patients and it is so nice to know that it is noticed that I am truly trying to make a difference in the lives of others. I am passing this coin on to Dawn Kent. She is a physical therapist that I have been working with since February of 2010. I work closely with Dawn and I can see that she shows care and compassion when she works with her patients.
